I have been wearing the brace from morning til evening post an over use injury from backpacking to the knee cap. a little tight getting it on and off, but fits and works well. I have used it in the pool and even the ocean for body surfing. The mesh breaths great. The only suggestion I can think of is having it strap on verse pull on
