I ordered this boot for recovery after foot surgery. It's very comfortable and easy to wear. The inside padding does not irritate my incisions. I wear a women's size 6 and the Small size fits perfectly. I like the air pump for additional custom fitting.

The full calf walker I use everyday to and from appointment gets grime, road salt, and moisture from snow. I use the mid calf walker for home use. I don't track stuff through out the house.
