Very happy that I now have extra inserts so I can always have a clean one to wear while the others are being washed and dried. However, I am a little disappointed that while I received replacement straps, I did not receive replacement round pads that are placed under the plastic to protect the top of my foot/bottom of my leg. The Velcro at that location destroys my socks and is painful if I put on the boot without socks. is painful if not wearing socks. I’m left searching for something to use in its place - shoulder pad? Cut up a padded bra? IDK!
