Where the side stabilizer meets the top of the brace tends to poke through if you need to slide while wearing the brace. Design improvement would be to add some extra material and re-enforcements in this area to prevent it from busting through the brace material.

As much as possible while injured, I have enjoyed wearing the Breg brace. It feels like a solid product and I've worn it almost non-stop for 3 weeks now. I did not rate it 5 stars because Breg requires you to access the product through their website - I was especially sad that it wasn't available on Amazon Prime - so it's either pay a marked up rate at the hospital or wait a few days to receive the product. The product is also tight, which I like, but it may prove uncomfortable for side sleepers because of the stabilizer insert.

There was a defect in the brace shipped, but a replacement was quickly shipped.
